What types of properties do you sell?

The Wise River network can provide a range of properties from units, townhouses, dual key and residential House & Land Packages. All our properties are new or under construction. Completion times vary depending on the property you choose to buy.

How do I know if a property is in a good location?

Property acquisition teams will provide you extensive information about the location of each property, including nearby schools, parks, and amenities, to help you make an informed financial decision on what property you should buy.

Do you offer property management services?

Yes, our network partners can offer full-service property management for residential properties and also offer contractual rental guarantees.

Can you tell me my borrowing capacity & can you get my loan?

Yes, our brokerage support teams will be able to advise on your potential borrowing capacity and apply for your loan. They can also arrange all of your eligible government grants.

When can I move into my property?

Most of the properties suggested by our referral partners are full turnkey properties and are available usually between 0-2 years. The length of the time of your property to be settled, will depend on the property you choose to buy.
